RELX devices for gift buyers: what works
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering charging, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Trinidad, but with relx devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Local availability in Trinidad shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.
The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 70:30 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price. Airflow control on the Deng SQ200 is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 70:30 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. Vapour production is more than adequate at 150, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
We would pair the Deng SQ200 with a 70:30 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Watermelon Chill: sweet, juicy, described as watermelon with a clean cooling exhale. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510-X matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Our advice is to order one, use it for a fortnight, and only then decide whether to stock up.
