Trinidad RELX devices comparison chart (v2)
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering budget options, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared relx devices options in Trinidad quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. Expect roughly 1772 full puffs from a charge at 20 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium relx devices narrows once you know which components you actually use. Airflow control on the Innokin X is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 51 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 60:40 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 60:40 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Crimson Red finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The narrow bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
Comparing this against a 60:40 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. For first-time buyers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Classic Menthol: cool, sharp, described as clean peppermint with consistent coolness. On a 60:40 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
