RELX devices reviews: tested in Trinidad (2025)
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering cost factors, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best relx devices for everyone in Trinidad, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Expect roughly 930 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Budget matters in Trinidad, but with relx devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 1.4 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Uwell G2 earns its keep: the 1000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 30 and recharges over Type-C fast charge. We would pair the Uwell G2 with a 80:20 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Uwell G2 is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 30, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.4 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 1.4 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 80:20 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
Airflow control on the Uwell G2 is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. The Emerald finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Grape Frost Breeze: sweet, fruity, described as dark grape with a cool, brisk finish. On a 80:20 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.4 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.4 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
If any of the above addresses what you were trying to solve, the rest of the pages in this section cover it in more detail.
