Is RELX devices worth it in Trinidad? Compact: Compact
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering review, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Trinidad, but with relx devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Finding the right relx devices in Trinidad is easier than most catalogues make it sound. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
The build quality on Uwell Calibre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over USB-C takes about 52 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 30:70 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price.
Comparing this against a 30:70 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1399 full puffs from a charge at 3 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Battery behaviour is where the Uwell Calibre earns its keep: the 1000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 30 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the Uwell Calibre with a 30:70 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.2 Ω dual mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Peach Blossom: sweet, delicate, described as soft white peach with a floral edge. On a 30:70 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.2 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.2 Ω dual mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
