RELX devices reviews: tested in Trinidad (1.6 ml)
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering wholesale terms, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared relx devices options in Trinidad quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
We spent weeks putting relx devices options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
The Stealth Grey finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For value hunters, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1775 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.
The build quality on Robust Pro is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over USB-C takes about 67 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 20:80 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price.
The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 20:80 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Pineapple Ice Cream: creamy, sweet, described as dairy-style pineapple dessert. On a 20:80 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
